I wouldn't consider myself fat, but since I turned 35 my body has started doing some weird things. I've put on about 20 extra pounds in places I don't like and though I used to walk pretty much anywhere I went, I now can't seem to make myself move. So I've decided to go on a diet; but not just any diet., a diet of my own making.
It's not a drastic change, just cutting back on what I eat and exercising more. But I think it will help alot. Although this first couple of days have been terrible. I want chocolate!!! But the outcome will be a better me so I'm going to stick with it.
